Meet Matt Stevens

As a teenager, Matt was always trying to find out how professional athletes trained. Gym programs for specific sports were hard to find, as the internet had hundreds of bodybuilding regimes, not ones to improve sports performance. So through Matt’s university qualifications and research, he aims to provide teenagers and up and coming athletes with the information they need to improve their own sports performance. 


Currently, Matt is a high school teacher, providing junior athletes a chance to prepare with modern training methodology. Matt has previously trained with some of the most elite athletes in the National Rugby League and has been the strength and conditioning coach for the junior Gold Coast Titans and Canberra Raiders teams. Training under some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in Australia, Matt learned the importance of building a physical foundation from which athletic development can be increased and made elite.


Matt’s qualifications include;

  • Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning)
  • Grad. Dip. in Teaching and Learning
  • Bachelor of Coaching Science
  • Level 2 Coach ASCA
